To provide the best service to all our clients, please be aware of the following cancellation policy for treatments: Cancellation Notice: • 48+ Hours Before Appointment: No charge; cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur any fees. • 24-48 Hours Before Appointment: A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. • Less than 24 Hours / No Show: The full treatment cost will be charged. For Deposits (Paid via Bank Transfer): • Deposits are non-refundable. • If you cancel 14+ days before training, you may transfer the deposit to a future training session within 3 months. • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the training will result in the deposit being forfeited.
