    We understand that life can be unpredictable. To provide the best service to all our clients, please be aware of the following cancellation policy for treatments: Cancellation Notice: • 48+ Hours Before Appointment: No charge; cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur any fees. • 24-48 Hours Before Appointment: A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. • Less than 24 Hours / No Show: The full treatment cost will be charged. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!   • What's the Cancellation Policy for Training?
    We value your commitment and want to ensure a smooth experience. Please review our cancellation policy based on different payment options: For Full Payments: • 14+ Days Before Training: Full refund. • 7-13 Days Before Training: 50% refund. • Less than 7 Days Before Training: No refund, but you may reschedule for a future training session at no additional cost. For Deposits (Paid via Bank Transfer): • Deposits are non-refundable. • If you cancel 14+ days before training, you may transfer the deposit to a future training session within 3 months. • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the training will result in the deposit being forfeited.
